We deliver free to the United Kingdom mainland. For other destinations please contact us
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (order before 2 PM)

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed:
- A notification card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection
- The package may be held at a local depot for collection
- After a failed delivery attempt, the package may be returned to us
7. Signature Requirements
Certain high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign, please arrange for someone else to receive the package or contact us to arrange an alternative delivery method.
8. Customs and International Deliveries
We do not deliver outside of the UK.
9. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us within 5 days with your order number and photographic evidence (if applicable)
- We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
- Claims for lost items can only be processed after 14 days from dispatch date
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect from depot
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or governmental actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from delivery issues is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for consequential losses, business losses, or losses not directly caused by our breach.
